This Airén has been cool fermented to make a crisp, fresh white with clean melon and citrus flavours. Airén is the most planted grape variety and Spain and does particularly well in La Mancha because it can stand up to drought. At EHD they vines are planted at a low density, the subsequently fuller flavoured grapes are cool fermented to make a crisp and quaffable dry white, ideal for everyday consumption. A selected of great value, everyday drinking Spanish wines. Produced by Explotaciones Hnos Delgado (between Valencia & Valdepenas), these natives varieties are grown with full organic certification.
